Nutrient Assist has been analyzing recipes for the publishing and food industries since 1994. Analyses are performed by Don Buscher, who holds a masters in Nutrition Science from Bastyr University, Seattle WA.
Our goal is to provide the highest quality recipe anaylsis and recipe writing services in the industry. We provide a quick turn-around time and cost effective solution for providing your customers/readers with important nutrition information.
We aim to provide the most accurate nutrition analyses possible. If a recipe calls for ingredients that are not in our database, we will locate the nutrition information for those ingredients, rather than making substitutions.
